Office Administrator

Company Overview

We are an IT consulting/managed services provider located in Hauppauge, NY. We are looking for an entry level administrative employee that can help us deliver world-class technology service to our customers.

 

Brief Job Summary

  • Hybrid administrative role to assist across three internal departments (sales, marketing, office admin)
  • Starting Salary - $35,000 - Growing company with opportunities for advancement
  • Hours of Operations - 8:30 - 5:30

Sales

  • Assist with the creation, review and processing of sales quotes and proposals
  • Assist with the procurement process
  • Assist with managing customer assets

Marketing

  • Assist with creation of marketing materials, social media, and website maintenance
  • Coordinate company related events and trade shows

Administration

  • Assist with human resource responsibilities
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping responsibilities
  • Assist with administrative duties

 

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-2 years full-time experience in office setting
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Advanced writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications (Outlooks, Word, Excel)
